Pooley's Puffers was formed in 1996 by David Poole and his wife Anne.

We organise Toy and Train Fairs in the North East of England and can be found at many model rail exhibitions throughout the country and various Toy Collectors' Fairs where we buy, sell and swap model railways.

A long awaited dream was realised in February 2010 when we opened our shop on the Team Valley, Gateshead. We stock a good range of fully tested and guaranteed second hand model railways in OO and N gauge.  Hornby and Peco dealerships. Metcalfe, Wills, Ratio, Parkside and Dapol kits.  Gaugemaster controllers and accessories. An ever growing business which is constantly evolving and changing stock.  We extend a warm welcome to our customers and a genuine interest in their layout projects and challenges.  With many years of modelling experience David will give guidance and advice freely.  Repairs undertaken. Part exchange welcome, fair prices given. 

Opening times: 10:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday. Please phone us for opening times on Friday, Saturday and Bank Holidays. If we are not attending a weekend event the shop will probably be open.
